Dang. Our apologies. We do aim to please. But we get that we may not always hit the hotness mark for everyone.
Want to Exchange or Return?
Not happy. Our bad. We want you to be happy. And that is why we offer 14 days to return or exchange your item. **
Send us an email email@example.com - Include your order number. Tell us why you were not 100% happy. And then send your item back to us here:

Once we get your goodies back at HQ. We will start the exchange process and either arrange a store credit or refund.
But make sure the tags are still attached. And that you haven’t done a sneaky wear. You know. The sneaky tuck the tag in and wear it but then return it anyway. Uh huh. You know what we are talking about.
Heck no. Surely not. But ok. Sometimes. That may happen once every now and then, because real people do hand make our clothes.
Oops. If it does. Please do let us know. We are big on quality control here. Some may say anal. But that word freaks us out a little.
If we have accidentally sent you something that isn’t up to our normal awesome standards. We can fix it. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the magic happen. And solve the problem. Stat.
Once the item has been received back at HQ, we will process your exchange, store credit or refund.
All tags must still be attached and the item must not have been worn to receive a full refund.
We are anal about quality control - If your item is faulty please let us know!

We love shipping our orders across the 7 seas. But due to the high shipping costs involved, all international orders are final sale. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Faulty products are of course still refunded or exchanged.

All Sale orders are final sale. There are no exchanges or refunds accepted.
